James Small
Principal Osteopath
James graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London (formally known as the British School of Osteopathy). James has a wide range of clinical experience including sporting injuries, chronic pain conditions, elderly and paediatric care. He has incorporated Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) into his osteopathic care with promising results. James has an interest in rheumatological disease.
James’ focus is on musculoskeletal osteopathy; he aims to restore function and reduce pain and understands the physical demands of daily living as well as the extremes of high-level sporting activity. He has experience with kinesthetic taping.
James has a strong passion for sport: he plays and coaches lacrosse. James represented England Lacrosse at the world games in Manchester in 2010.
